Contacted Eric reference to getting a leak fixed. He advised me he would come out after lunch on October 3rd. I called him back around 5pm that evening and he stated he was busy but was still coming out within an hour. Two hours later I … More get a text telling me traffic is bad and he couldn't make it out that day. I attempted to text him the following day to see when he could come out and have gotten no response even though the text shows “read.” Did not even have the decency to respond.
I understand this isn’t a big job and Im sure I took backseat to bigger and higher-paying jobs, but you have to take care of the smaller jobs too if you care anything about your reputation. Tells me all I need to know about this company. I ended up wasting a day and a half waiting around the house when I could be calling someone else that is willing to help. Thanks for nothing. -

The whole experience was very professional. Called them to come out and look at my roof because of a bad wind storm that we had. Came right out the next day and inspected our roof.
